The machine-embroidered wool circles and fused squares featured in the Wooly Welcome wall hanging can be used in many other projects. We've come up with several ideas for you to try!

Use paper-backed fusible web to fuse an embroidered circle to a second wool circle of the same size. Blanket-stitch around the edges for a really useful coaster.

Stitch two embroidered circles together on the outer edges and stuff with lavender for a sweet sachet.

Make a Christmas ornament by hand or machine edge-stitching two embroidered circles together. Add a loop for hanging.

Cut a piece or red wool to your desired length. Fuse circles/squares to it for a table runner or banner decoration.

Fuse and stitch several appliquéd squares to a wool background and make a pillow of any desired shape/size.

Embellish your favorite shirt with machine-embroidered wool pockets.

Enlarge the wall hanging to throw size and snuggle up!

Clothespin a number of embroidered circles to a small cord and suspend across a window or doorway to decorate your home for the holidays.

Let your imagination have fun thinking up even more ideas for fun embroidered projects!
